Ubuntu Jaunty on Sun VirtualBox
I recently decided to try VirtualBox because I wanted an alternative to VMware Server 2.0 which I find to be clunky and buggy compared with the VMware 1.x series. After a couple of hours of fiddling with VirtualBox and an Ubuntu Jaunty guest – I am very happy with how nicely VirtualBox works.
Particularly, I am pleased with how the graphics driver works once you have installed the “Guest Additions” which are the equivalent on VMware tools, but *much* simpler to installer.
This is what I did:

HOWTO: PXE boot menu to both Debian 5.0 (Lenny) and 4.0 (Etch) network installs
The purpose of this article is to outline how to configure Debian's network install system to allow you to PXE boot into a menu which will allow you to choose to install either Debian 4.0 or 5.0.

HOWTO: Generate an RSA Private Key, Generate a CSR to request a Certificate, and use the Certificate in a .pem file
This HOWTO is written with GoDaddy in mind. They have good pricing but just need a bit of work to get the certificates created. The .pem file created in the four steps below can be used by something like Pound for HTTPS reverse proxying.
