THUSA helps local Community Centre by providing IT equipment

1000 Hills Community Helpers (http://www.1000hch.co.za) is a community centre providing needy families and individuals within the 1000 Hills district with food, shelter, basic education and essential medical care on an ongoing basis.

THUSA was approached by one of its larger suppliers, Internet Solutions (http://www.is.co.za), to assist with a call for help by the Centre requesting second-hand working computers for the library they were establishing.

THUSA approached a few of its clients who were in the process of discarding old equipment and successfully built up 4 functional computers for use within the new library.

It goes to show that there is indeed a place for old working IT equipment where it is truly valued and appreciated by those less fortunate and THUSA is extremely proud to have been able to assist in this regard.
